Goodman Group Targets 9% Earnings Growth In FY26, Eyes Long-Term Value In Logistics And Data Centres

At the Annual General Meeting, Goodman Group's Chief Executive Officer, Greg Goodman, announced that the company sees strong opportunities in both logistics and data centres to generate long-term value for its Securityholders and capital partners.

The Group's global pipeline and robust capital position are expected to support future growth, with a targeted 9.0% increase in operating earnings for fiscal year 2026—equating to over A$2.6 billion in operating profit. The company also confirmed a full-year distribution of 30 cents per share.

Last week, in its operational update for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, Goodman Group said it expects to commence the development of new data centre projects in fiscal year 26, increasing data centre WIP to ~0.5 GW by June 2026.

The Group's assets under management (AUM) were stable over the period with increased development capex expected through the rest of fiscal year 2026 as data centre projects commence and potential acquisitions settle. Valuation gains are likely through the remainder of fiscal year 2026. The Group AUM unchanged at A$72.1 billion as at 30 September 2025. Group AUM will increase by A$2 billion (post quarter-end) following the establishment of the second North American Partnership.

As of 30 September 2025, the company reported a solid annual like-for-like Net Property Income (NPI) growth of 4.2%, reflecting healthy performance across its portfolio. Excluding China and Hong Kong, the growth rate was even stronger at 6.1%, indicating robust momentum in other markets.

Portfolio occupancy remained high at 96.1%, underscoring continued demand and effective asset management. When excluding China and Hong Kong, occupancy rose to an impressive 97.7%, further highlighting the strength of the portfolio in other regions.

The total value of the portfolio increased to A$85.9 billion, marking a significant milestone and reinforcing the company's position as a leading player in the real estate investment sector.
