B&S Group S.A. (BSGR.AS) said turnover for the third quarter of 2025 fell 1.1 percent year-on-year to €585.5 million, though on a constant-currency basis it rose 0.7 percent.

The company noted that its gross-profit margin improved despite the revenue decline.

B&S attributed the third quarter results to resilience in its business model but highlighted headwinds, including tariffs, inflation, and geopolitical risks.

In segment detail, the Beauty business declined 2.4 percent and rose 0.7 percent on a constant-currency basis. Food grew 5.3 percent, Liquors fell 9.7 percent, Personal Care increased 7.5 percent, and Travel Retail declined 8.4 percent.

Looking ahead, B&S reconfirmed its 2025 full-year outlook, expecting approximately 5 percent consolidated topline growth, excluding divested revenue and an EBITDA margin in the lower half of its 2024-26 target range.

Tuesday BSGR.AS closed at €5.84, or 1.68% lower on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.
