BTS Q3 Profit, Sales Decline; Sees Full-year Revenue, Profit Below 2024 Levels

BTS Group AB ser. B (BGPBF.PK), a professional services firm, reported lower profit for the third quarter, mainly impacted by decline in sales.

Profit after tax dropped to SEK 12 million or SEK 0.69 per share from SEK 190 million or SEK 9.78 per share a year earlier. Excluding reversed provision of earn-out 2024, profit was SEK 12 million or SEK 0.69 per share compared with SEK 24 million or SEK 0.69 per share last year.

EBITA fell to SEK 45 million from SEK 60 million, while EBIT decreased to SEK 27 million from SEK 43 million a year go.

Net sales declined to SEK 626 million from SEK 657 million for the previous-year quarter.

Looking ahead, the company expects a revenue decline in its BTS North America segment in the fourth quarter and continued currency headwinds. Consequently, full-year 2025 revenue and earnings are projected to be significantly below 2024 levels.
