MT Højgaard Holding Q3 Profit Rises; Revenue Down 7%; Backs FY25 View; Stock Up

MT Højgaard Holding A/S (MTHH.CO) Wednesday said that its third-quarter profit rose from last year, helped by lower expenses and reduced losses from discontinued operations. While revenue fell 7 percent, the company reaffirmed its outlook for the year ahead.

On the Copenhagen Exchange, MTHH.CO is currently trading at 438.00 Danish Kroner, up 2.34 percent.

The construction and engineering company reported profit of 70.5 million Danish Kroner in the third quarter, higher than 59.2 million Kroner in the same period last year.

During the three-month period, the company's revenue declined to 2.4
billion Kroner from 2.59 billion Kroner in corresponding quarter a year ago.

According to the company, operating profit or EBIT came in at 110 million Kroner during the third quarter, lower than 126 million Kroner in the prior-year period.

MT Højgaard said that administrative expenses during the three-month period declined to 29.8 million Kroner from 84.3 million Kroner in the same period of fiscal 2024.

Going ahead, the company reaffirmed its outlook for fiscal 2025. It continues to expect revenue in the 10.0 billion Kroner -10.5 billion Kroner range, and operating profit or EBIT between 400 million Kroner and 450 million Kroner.
