Net income rose to CHF106.8 million, or CHF0.36 per share, from CHF27.2 million, or CHF0.09 per share, a year earlier. Revenue surged 24.9 percent to CHF794.4 million from CHF635.8 million last year.
The stock opened at $43.84 and traded between $41.65 and $44.87, with volume soaring to 31.6 million shares against an average of 6.1 million on the New York Stock Exchange. Over the past 52 weeks, On Holding has traded between $34.38 and $64.05.
