QBE Insurance Group Limited (QBEIF.PK,QBE.AX) announced that Yasmin Allen AM will succeed Mike Wilkins AO as Chair of the Group Board. Allen is set to assume the role effective 8 May 2026. Mike Wilkins has confirmed his intention to retire from the board at the company's Annual General Meeting in May 2026.
Allen joined the QBE Group Board in July 2022 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She?is?currently a non-executive director of Santos Limited and Chair of the Digital Skills Organisation and has held various director and?chair roles at regulated entities including Insurance Australia Group and Macquarie Global Infrastructure Funds, among others
