Key Coffee H1 Profit Improves, Reaffirms FY26 Guidance

Key Coffee Inc. (2594.T), a Japanese packaged food business firm, on Friday posted improved profit in the first half of the fiscal year, backed by 13.2 percent sales growth, compared to the prior year.

Profit attributable to share holders increased 65.6% to 602 million yen from 363 million yen last year.

Basic earnings per share increased to 28.11 yen from 16.98 yen a year ago.

Operating Profit jumped 29.5 percent to 712 million yen from 550 million yen last year.

Net Sales climbed 13.2% to 43.85 billion yen from 38.74 billion yen a year ago.

Looking ahead to the fiscal year, ending on March 31, 2026, the firm reiterated the earlier guidance with Profit attributable to shareholders at 600 million yen, up 180% year on year and Earnings per share at 28.01 yen.

Key Coffee continues to expect the fiscal year net Sales of 85 billion yen, up 9.3 percent from the year ago.

On the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the shares had closed 0.25 % higher at 1,987.0 yen.
