Sea Limited (SE), a Singaporean consumer internet company, said on Monday that its Board has authorized a share repurchase program under which Sea may repurchase up to $1 billion of its American depositary shares, each representing one Class A share of Sea.
"The program demonstrates the company's confidence in its long-term prospects and allows the company to opportunistically repurchase its shares," Sea said in a statement.
