JDC Group AG (JDC.DE), a financial services company, Monday reported moving to a net loss in the third quarter, despite revenue growth compared with profit last year. The result was impacted by one-time transaction costs of around 0.94 million euros in the third quarter

Following the results, on the XETRA, the shares were trading 5.59% lower at 27 euros.

JDC Group reported moving to a net loss of 0.86 million euros from a profit of 0.28 million euros reported a year ago.

EBITDA increased 9.1 per cent, to 2.51 million euros from 2.30 million euros in the prior year.

Group revenue grew by 5.6 percent, to 55.07 million euros from 52.14 million euros in the prior year.

In addition, for fiscal year 2025, JDC Group now expects revenue at the lower end of its earlier projected range.

The group earlier in August projected revenue of 260 to 280 million euros and EBITDA of 20.5 to 22.5 million euros. For fiscal year 2025, the firm now expects the guidance towards the lower end of the range due to a decline in consumer confidence and the resulting purchasing restraint, as well as one-off transaction costs.
