Link REIT (LKREF,0823.HK), on Thursday reported that its loss narrowed and revenues declined in the first half of 2025 compared with the previous year. Looking ahead, the company noted that ongoing challenges are expected through the second half.
On the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, LINK REIT is currently trading 6.61 percent lesser at HK$38.720.
For the first half of fiscal 2025, loss for the period, before transactions with Unitholders attributable to Unitholders, narrowed to HK$1.61 billion from HK$3.68 billion in the prior year.
Total distributable amount declined 5.6 percent to HK$3.28 billion from HK$3.48 billion in the prior year.
Distribution per unit also slid to 126.88 HK cents from 134.89 HK cents last year.
Interest income declined 82 percent to HK$31 million from HK$172 million in the prior year.
Revenue decreased 1.8 percent to HK$7.02 billion from HK$7.15 billion in the previous year.
Net property income dropped 3.4 percent year-over-year to HK$5.18 billion.
