Ayfie International AS (AIX.OL) Friday said that the Ministry of Health and Care Services in Norway has awarded a tender for a standardized, cloud-based AI solution to Deloitte, with Ayfie Business Agent working on the core technology.

On the Oslo Exchange, AIX.OL is currently up 6.84 percent on Friday's trading at 4.0600 Kroner.

The AI-powered search technology company said that the tender required a system capable of processing large volumes of documents and generating answers directly from their content. It also needed integrated translation, and the ability to process special categories of personal data and other information exempt from public disclosure, it added.

According to the company, employees in the Health and Care Services sector will gain access to Ayfie, thus enabling them to use multiple language models and securely interact with internal data. The Ministry aims to boost staff efficiency and strengthen its knowledge base through a user-friendly interface, which requires minimal training, it said in an official statement.

Ayfie International said that it expects annual revenue of 360,000 Norwegian Kroner from the contract. The agreement is valid for 12 months with the option for renewal, it added.
