Brickability Group Plc (71T.F,BRCK.L), a distributor of specialist products and services, reported increased profit for the first half compared to last year with improved revenues.
Brickability's profit before tax was 12.15 million pounds, 74.3% higher than 6.95 million pounds the prior-year quarter.
For the six-month period, earnings per share were 2.57 pence higher than 1.31 pence a year ago. The company's adjusted profit before tax was 20.96 million pounds lower than 21.38 million pounds the prior year.
The company's adjusted EBITDA reduced to 27.21 million pounds from 27.38 million pounds the prior year.
For the six-month period, adjusted diluted earnings per share were 4.71 pence compared to 4.81 pence a year ago.
For the first-half, revenue improved 4.9 percent, to 347 million pounds from 330.93 million pounds in the earlier year.
The firm reported that the group to be renamed to BRCK Group plc to reflect the breadth of business activities within the Group.
On the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the shares were trading at 0.54 euros.
