Boohoo Group H1 Loss Narrows

boohoo group plc (DEBS.L), Thursday announced the financial results for the first half of fiscal year 2026, revealing loss for the period of 3.4 million pounds compared to 126.7 million pounds in the previous year.

On a per-share basis, loss declined 97 percent, to 0.51 pence from last year's 1.49 pence.

Operating profit from continuing operations totaled 6.6 million pounds compared with operating loss of 120.4 million pounds a year earlier.

Adjusted EBITDA amounted to 20 million pounds, up 5 percent from 19 million pounds last year.

Revenue fell 23 percent, to 296.9 million pounds from 385.4 million pounds in the prior year.

Moving ahead, the company expects full year EBITDA to be approximately 45 million pounds for total operations.

Boohoo's stock closed at 18.30 pence, up 57.76 percent on the London Stock Exchange.
