KLN Logistics Group Limited (KRRYF,0636.HK) said on Friday that its Chief Financial Officer, CHENG Chi Wai, intends to retire with effect from April 30, 2026.
Cheng will be appointed as an advisor of the company for a period of two years with effect from May 1, 2026.
The Group also noted that it has identified a candidate to replace Cheng. The new CFO is expected to assume his role on or around April 1, 2026.
