Napatech A/S Names Kartik Srinivasan New CEO From Jan 2

Napatech A/S (NAPA.OL), a Denmark-based IT company, Wednesday said that Kartik Srinivasan has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer or CEO, with effect from January 2, 2026.

The company said that Srinivasan joins Napatech from his position as Chief Marketing Officer at Cornelis Networks. He has earlier served as General Manager of Ethernet Connectivity Products at Intel, where he oversaw the networking connectivity portfolio ranging from 1G to 200G, it said in an official statement.

Additionally, Napatech said that its nomination committee will propose at an extraordinary general meeting expected to take place in early January that Lars Boilesen be elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The current chairman, Christian Jebsen, is expected to continue as a member of the Board, the company added.

The company said that Boilesen had earlier held the Chairman position for seven years before stepping into the CEO role.

Commenting on Srinivasan's appointment, Christian Jebsen, said, "Kartik brings a unique combination of deep technological expertise from the world's leading semiconductor, compute and networking companies, and broad experience from positioning and sales of advanced products and solutions in the global networking market. His leadership will be key as we continue to accelerate our business as a leader in the emerging mass market for Network Interface Cards (NICs)."

On the Oslo Exchange, NAPA.OL ended Tuesday's trading at 29.50 Norwegian Kroner, up 0.68 percent.
