Daktronics, Inc. (DAKT), a manufacturer of electronic components, Wednesday announced that it has appointed Ramesh Jayaraman as its Chief Executive Officer and President, effective February 1, 2026.
Jayaraman will be taking over from interim executive chief Brad Wiemann who will continue to serve through the company's third quarter which ends on January 31, 2026.
Ramesh Jayaraman has over 25 years of experience in global operations and was most recently the Senior Vice President and Americas Integration Leader for Bosch Home Comfort.
Currently, DAKT shares are trading at $17.42, down 5.61% on the Nasdaq.
