INFICON Holding AG (IFCNF,IFCN.SW), on Thursday announced that Chief Financial Officer Matthias Tröndle will step down on June 30, 2026 and appointed Corporate Head of Finance & Controlling Dimitrij Lisak as CFO effective from July, 2026.
The company said the appointment reflects long-term succession planning and positions an internal candidate with strong financial leadership experience to take over the role.
Lisak joined the company in January 2025 and previously held senior finance positions at Hilti, most recently as divisional CFO for Energy & Industry.
On Wednesday, INFICON closed trading 1.79% higher at CHF 102.40 on the Swiss Stock Exchange.
