Jungheinrich AG (JUN3.DE) announced that the sale of its Russian subsidiary, Jungheinrich Lift Truck OOO, will no longer close in late 2025 as previously expected.

The company now anticipates completion in 2026 due to delays in obtaining mandatory approval from the Russian government commission overseeing foreign investments.

Because the transaction expected to result in a 30 million euros earnings hit will shift into next year, Jungheinrich has updated its 2025 financial forecast. The company now expects incoming orders and revenues between 5.4-5.6 billion euros, tightening the previous ranges. EBIT is projected at 220-260 million euros, up from 160-230 million euros, with an EBIT margin of 4.1 percent-4.6 percent.

EBT guidance has been raised to 190-230 million euros, with an EBT margin of 3.6 percent - 4.1 percent, and ROCE is now estimated at 7 percent - 11 percent. Free cash flow remains forecast at over 250 million euros, and the tax rate is expected to fall between 39 percent - 42 percent.

Jungheinrich noted that once the sale occurs in 2026, EBIT, EBT, and related returns will decrease accordingly, while free cash flow will increase. Incoming orders and revenue may also rise depending on the final timing of completion.

JUN3.DE currently trades at 34.6 euros or 0.63% lower on the XETRA.
