Ascom Holding AG (ASCN.SW), a provider of communication and collaboration solutions for the acute care, long-term care and enterprise sectors, said on Tuesday it has appointed David Hale as its new chief executive officer, effective February 4, 2026.
Michael Reitermann will step down as interim CEO when Hale assumes the role and will continue to serve as an ordinary member of the Board of Directors.
Hale brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, including five years as CEO of the Guerbet Group. He has also held senior positions at General Electric, including roles at GE Healthcare Digital in the United States and GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging in France.
