Cantourage Group SE (HIGH.DE) Tuesday said that its Supervisory Board has appointed Monique Jaqqam to the Management Board as Chief Financial Officer or CFO, starting from January 1, 2026. In her new role, Jaqqam will oversee finance, Human Resource, legal, and IT, the company added.
The German medical cannabis company said that her appointment is for a five-year term and increases the current Management Board to two members. The Supervisory Board has also extended Chief Executive Officer Philip Schetter's mandate for an additional five years.
Commenting on Jaqqam's appointment, Christian Schreyer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, said, "We are convinced that Jaqqam's proven financial expertise is an ideal addition to our Management Board team. Together with Mr. Philip Schetter (CEO), she will continue to drive the Group's profitable growth."
On the XETRA Exchange, HIGH.DE is up 2.3 percent on Tuesday's trading at 3.1000 euros.
