Through this collaboration, Phare Bio will deploy its Generative AI platform to design molecules with antibacterial properties that align with a pre-defined target product profile. Once molecules meeting these criteria are identified, Basilea will assume responsibility for subsequent development. Phare Bio, in turn, will be eligible to receive success-based payments tied to predefined milestones.
