Avon Technologies Plc (AVNBF,AVON.L) on Thursday announced that Avon Protection, its respiratory and integrated protection business unit, has got a new European order for FM50 respirators and FM61EU filters through the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA). The company, which manufactures advanced respiratory equipment, said that the order amounts to $20.6 million, with deliveries scheduled across fiscal 2026 and fiscal 2027.
The company said that the FM50 respirator and the FM61EU filter are designed to protect users from Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear or CBRN threats.
Avon Protection has been supplying these systems under its 10-year NSPA FM50 contract, awarded in 2020, which enables NATO member nations and partners to procure FM50 respirators, MP-PAPR, ST53 systems, filters, and related accessories, Avon Technologies added.
On the LSE, AVON.L is up 1.1 percent on Thursday's trading at 1,808.00 pence.
