Grammer AG Names Markus Lauer New Chairman From January 1

Grammer AG (GMM.SG,GMM.DE), a German manufacturer of car interior systems, Tuesday said that its Supervisory Board has chosen Markus Lauer as the new Chairman of the Board, with effect from January 1, 2026.

The company said that he takes over from -Ing. Ping He, who is stepping down from the chairmanship for personal reasons as of December 31. -Ing. Ping He, whose term as a member of the Supervisory Board runs until the Annual General Meeting in 2030, will continue to serve as a member of the Supervisory Board, Grammer AG said in an official statement.

On the Stuttgart Exchange, GMM.SG is down 0.85 percent on Tuesday's trading at 5.85 euros.
