Ken Carson has returned with a new single, "The Acronym," featuring Opium labelmate and longtime collaborator, Destroy Lonely.
The track was produced by Akachi, Sonickaboom, and DJ Moon, reuniting the fan favorite duo fresh off the sold-out finale of Playboi Carti's Antagonist tour. Ken first teased the song online last month with an acrostic spelling out the label name, Opium.
The new single arrives on the heels of Carson's most successful era yet. His album More Chaos became his first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and also secured a place among Spotify's most-streamed rap projects of the year.
In the song, both artists brag about money, power, and status, but the easy back-and-forth between them gives it a sense of fun rather than ego.
