Arctic Minerals AB (ARCT.ST) on Monday announced that Johan Spetz will join the company as chief financial officer in the second quarter of 2026.
Arctic Minerals said Spetz brings extensive financial and capital markets experience, having worked as Commodity Market Analyst at Goldman Sachs in London and New York, and as Partner and Head of Equity Research at Pareto Securities in Stockholm.
Most recently, he served as CFO of Sedana Medical AB (publ), a medical technology and pharmaceutical company.
