Coor Service Management Holding AB (COOR.ST) Monday said that Patrik Sjölund has been appointed Chief Financial Officer or CFO and member of the Executive Management Team, with effect from the second quarter of 2026. He will succeed Daniel Warnholtz, who has been serving as the acting CFO since November this year.
The company, which offers facility management services, said that most recently, Sjölund served as Group CFO at Nobina, a public transport operator in the Nordics. He has held senior finance roles across multiple industries, like oil, logistics, manufacturing and telecoms, with previous employers including BP, General Electric, Ericsson, Sandvik and Imtech.
Coor Service Management said that Daniel Warnholtz will continue as the CFO until Patrik Sjölund takes over.
Commenting on the appointment, Ola Klingeborg, President and CFO at Coor, said, "I'm delighted that Patrik Sjölund has accepted the position as CFO, with his experience and expertise he will make a significant contribution to our continued progress."
On the Stockholm Exchange, COOR.ST is down 0.21 percent on Monday's trading at 47.46 Swedish Kroner.
