Alfa Financial Software Holdings Plc (ALFA.L) Tuesday said that its Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Duncan Magrath has informed the Board that he would be stepping down from his position at the end of 2026.
The company, which specializes in asset finance software solutions, said that the Board will soon begin the process of searching for a successor.
Commenting on the developments, Andrew Denton, Alfa's Chief Executive Officer said, "I would like to thank Duncan for the guidance and support that he has provided me and our Alfa colleagues since he joined in March 2020. He has made a huge contribution over that time as Alfa has transitioned into a SaaS focused software and delivery company. He has built a team and processes that provide a strong platform for the future growth of the business."
On the LSE, ALFA.L is currently down 0.65 percent on Tuesday's trading at 214.60 pence.
