Shares of BATM Advanced Communications Ltd. (BVC.L) are rising 2 percent on Monday's trading after the company said that Gil Sharon took over as Chairman of the Board, effective December 25. Sharon was appointed a Non-executive Director of the Group on December 10, the company said in an official statement.
On the LSE, BVC.L is up 2.1 percent on Monday's trading at 17.00 pence.
The former Chairman, Gideon Chitayat, will step down from his role as a Non-executive Director on January 1, 2026, the company added.
According to the network & cybersecurity solutions company, Varda Shalev, an External Director of the Group, has been appointed Chair of the Board's Audit Committee and Ayala Hakim, who joined the Board as an External Director on December 10, has been named Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
