Saab Secures SEK 3 Bln Order For RBS 70 Bolide Missiles From Lithuania Defence Ministry

Saab AB (SAABF,SAABY, SAAB-B.ST) Wednesday said that it has secured an order worth 3 billion Swedish Kroner from the Lithuanian Ministry of National Defence for RBS 70 Bolide missiles. The deliveries are scheduled to take place between 2028 and 2032, the company added.

According to the company, the order falls under an existing framework agreement for its short-range air defence missile system, RBS 70 NG, between Saab, the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration, and the Lithuanian Ministry of National Defence.

Saab said that the RBS 70 NG is part of its vehicle-integrated Mobile Short-Range Air Defence Solution or MSHORAD acquired by Lithuania, providing protection for mobile units.

On the OTC Markets, SAABF.PK ended Wednesday's trading at $57.17, up 0.93 percent.
