AsiaInfo Technologies Limited (1675.HK), Wednesday announced GAO Nianshu has resigned from the position of chief executive officer due to retirement, effective December 31, 2025.
Following the resignation, the company's Board has appointed Ye Ouyang, the current Chief Technology Officer, as the new CEO with effect from 1 January, 2026.
Prior to joining AsiaInfor, he worked at Verizon.
AsiaInfo's stock closed at HKD 7.560, up 2.44 percent on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
