ChipMOS Technologies Inc. (IMOS), a provider of semiconductor testing and packaging solutions, on Friday reported fourth-quarter revenue of NT$6.521 billion, or $207.9 million, up 20.8% from the same quarter a year ago.
Revenue for December 2025 was NT$2.203 billion, or $70.2 million, representing a 2.9% increase from November and a 23.8% rise from December 2024.
