Komax Holding AG (KOMN.SW) Tuesday said that its current Chief Financial Officer or CFO Christian Mäder will leave the company at the end of June this year to take up the role of CFO at a Swiss industrial company. He has served as CFO and a member of the Komax Holding Executive Board since October 2023.
The Swiss industrial goods manufacturing company said that it would begin the search for his successor on an immediate basis to ensure a smooth transition.
Commenting on the developments, Matijas Meyer, CEO, said, "With Christian Mäder's departure, we are losing a highly valued and accomplished financial expert who has made a significant contribution to the structural adjustment and sustainable cost reduction of the Komax Group over the past two years. During the current transformation phase, his extensive financial and strategic experience has provided crucial impetus and successfully supported the further development of the Komax Group."
On the Swiss Exchange, KOMN.SW is down 4.6 percent on Tuesday's trading at 60.70 Swiss francs.
