Bossard Holding Q4 Net Sales Up 9.2%; Backs FY25 EBIT Margin Outlook

Bossard Holding AG (BOSN.SW) Thursday said that its net sales rose 9.2 percent in the fourth quarter of 2025, helped by higher sales in America and Europe regions. The company also reiterated its EBIT margin outlook for the year ahead.

The company, which offers industrial fastening solutions, reported net sales of 257.8 million Swiss francs in the fourth quarter, up from 236.0 million francs in the same period last year. On a local currency basis, net sales climbed 13.9 percent. Among regions, net sales in America climbed 13 percent while net sales in Europe rose 11.2 percent respectively.

According to Bossard Holding, annual sales climbed 8.6 percent to 1.07 billion francs from 984.1 million francs a year ago. In local currency, the increase was 12.2 percent. After adjusting for acquisitions, sales in local currency climbed 2.0 percent.

Looking ahead, the company reaffirmed its earlier outlook of an EBIT margin of around 10 percent for fiscal 2025.

On the Swiss Exchange, BOSN.SW ended Wednesday's trading at 153.80 francs, up 3.00 francs or 2.0 percent.
