Cairn Homes PLC (CRN.L,C5H.IR), an Irish house-builder and developer, said on Tuesday that it expects a rise in operating profit and revenue for the full year, mainly due to strong demand and supportive government policies. In addition, the company has reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 guidance.

Michael Stanley, CEO of Cairn Homes, said: "It is unlikely that Ireland has ever witnessed the current level of demand for residential homes. For the 12-month period to December 31, 2025, the Group posted an operating profit of around EUR 168.5 million, higher than EUR 150 million in the previous year. Revenue was around EUR 945 million, up from the previous year's EUR 860 million.

Looking ahead, for fiscal 2026, Cairn Homes still expects operating profit of EUR 175 million to EUR 180 million, on revenue of EUR 1.02 billion to EUR 1.05 billion.

The company will release fiscal 2025 earnings report on March 4.
