Komax Holding AG (KOMN.SW), a Swiss provider of automation solutions, Tuesday said that its preliminary revenues were around 580 million Swiss francs in fiscal 2025, with 280.3 million francs recorded in the first half and around 300 million francs in the second half. Compared with the previous year, revenue fell 8 percent, the company added.
On the Swiss Exchange, KOMN.SW is up 5.2 percent on Tuesday's trading at 60.50 Swiss francs.
During the full year 2025, Komax Holding said that it reported an order intake of 565.0 million francs, comprising 277.4 million francs in the first half and 287.6 million francs in the second half. The company said that continuous cost-cutting measures and a favorable product mix in the second half of the year lead to a slightly positive EBIT.
According to Komax Holding, the detailed financial results for fiscal 2025 will be published on March 10.
