PURE Property Management on Thursday announced that it has completed a merger with HomeRiver Group and will operate under the name PURE HomeRiver.
The move will create a national single-family rental property management platform overseeing more than 40,000 properties across over 200 markets in 35 states.
The combined group said services for existing clients and residents will remain unchanged as integration takes place in the background, with local teams continuing to operate.
The platform brings together PURE's AI-native technology and unified operations with HomeRiver's national footprint and institutional-grade servicing infrastructure.
The company said the merger is intended to deliver a full-stack rental housing platform, covering acquisition, leasing, management, maintenance, accounting and portfolio optimisation, while supporting further national expansion.
