Pets at Home Group Plc (PETS.L) Friday said as a follow up to an earlier announcement made on September 29, 2025, it is confirming that Sarah Pollard will join the company on March 23 as Chief Financial Officer or CFO designate.
The company, which sells pet foods and products, said that the present CFO Mike Iddon will step down from the Board on March 27, at which point Sarah will succeed him as CFO and Executive Director. Mike will remain with the company until April 10 to support an orderly transition, Pets at Home Group added.
The company said that till recently, Pollard worked as CFO at PZ Cussons Plc (PZC.L), a maker of personal healthcare products and consumer goods.
On the LSE, PETS.L is currently trading up 0.45 percent on Friday at 199.20 pence.
