KPN Full-year Net Profit Edges Up, Announces €250 Mln Share Buyback In 2026

Koninklijke KPN NV (KPN), a telecommunications and IT service provider, on Wednesday reported net profit of €855 million for the full year, 0.9% up from €847 million a year ago.

The company said it also plans a €250 million share buyback programme in 2026.

EBITDA or earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation increased to €2.716 billion from €2.632 billion last year.

Adjusted EBITDA AL or adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation after leases rose 5.1% to €2.636 billion, compared with €2.508 billion a year earlier.

Adjusted revenue increased 3.5% to €5.829 billion from €5.634 billion, while service revenue rose 2.7% to €5.357 billion from €5.215 billion.

For 2026, KPN forecast year-on-year service revenue growth of 2% to 2.5%, adjusted EBITDAaL of around €2.670 billion, and 10% growth in dividend per share.
