Mapletree Logistics Trust (MAPGF.PK), Wednesday announced the financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025-26, reporting gross revenue of S$176.8 million compared to S$182.4 million in the previous year.
Net property income declined 3.3 percent, to S$151.9 million from S$157.2 million in the prior year.
The decline in gross revenue and net property income is primarily due to income loss from four divested properties and reduced contribution from China, mitigated by stronger performance from Singapore, including higher contribution from the newly completed redevelopment project.
Amount distributable to unitholders stood at S$92.6 million compared to S$101.3 million in the previous year.
Currently, Mapletree's stock is trading at $1.07, up 1.90 percent on the OTC Markets.
