Atoss Software Q4 Results Up; Guides FY26, FY27; Declares Dividend

Atoss Software SE (AOF.DE) Friday said that its fourth quarter results improved from a year ago, helped by good performance from the cloud and subscriptions segment. While declaring a dividend for the year, the company also revealed outlook for fiscal 2026 and 2027.

The German company, which offers workforce management software, posted fourth quarter net profit of 14.3 million euros or 0.90 euros per share, higher than 12.57 million euros or 0.79 euros per share in the same period last year. EBITDA for the period climbed to 21.20 million euros from 18.83 million euros in the year-ago quarter.

During the three-month period, total revenues rose to 49.93 million euros from 44.74 million euros in the corresponding period last year. According to Atoss Software, EBIT for the period rose to 19.96 million euros from 17.68 million euros in the prior-year period.

The company said that its Board has proposed a dividend of 2.28 euros per share for the year, which is higher than last year's dividend of 2.13 euros per share.

Looking ahead, the company said that it expects revenue of around 215 million euros with an EBIT margin of around 32 percent for fiscal 2026. For fiscal 2027, Atoss Software expects revenue of around 245 million euros.

On the XETRA Exchange, AOF.DE ended Thursday's trading at 93.90 euros, down 4.20 euros or 4.28 percent.
