Eramet (ERA.PA) announced the termination of Paulo Castellari's mandate as Chief Executive Officer, citing divergences on operating methods.
The company has appointed its Chairwoman, Ms. Christel Bories, to serve as interim Chief Executive Officer while the process of selecting a new CEO is underway. Once the new appointment is made, the roles of Chair and Chief Executive Officer will again be separated.
The Group confirmed that the publication of its annual results remains scheduled for February 18, 2026.
ERA.PA closed at EUR 73.80 on January 30, reflecting a decline of EUR 2.40 or 3.15% at 5:35:27 PM GMT+1.
