CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (A17U.SI) on Thursday reported total distributable income of S$678.3 million for the full year, 1.4% up from S$668.8 million a year earlier.
Distribution per unit (DPU) was 15.005 cents, compared with 15.205 cents in 2024.
Gross revenue rose 1% to S$1.539 billion from S$1.523 billion, while net property income increased 1.7% to S$1.068 billion from S$1.050 billion.
On a same-store basis, total portfolio value grew 2% year-on-year to S$16.6 billion as at December 31, 2025.
As at the end of December, adjusted net asset value per unit remained stable at S$2.21.
