CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Full-year Profit, Revenue Increase

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (C38U.SI) on Friday reported higher earnings for the year ended December 31, 2025, supported by growth in property income and contributions from joint ventures.

Total return before tax increased to S$958.60 million, compared with S$935.32 million in 2024.

Net income increased to S$890.46 million from S$749.43 million in 2024.

Total return attributable to unitholders rose to S$937.29 million or 12.60 cents per unit from S$933.68 million or 13.57 cents per unit a year earlier.

The group also recorded a net change in fair value of investment properties of S$68.117 million, compared with a gain of S$153.127 million in 2024.

Gross revenue totaled S$1.619 billion, up from S$1.586 billion in 2024.

Net property income improved to S$1.189 billion, compared with S$1.153 billion in the previous year.

The amount available for distribution to unitholders at end of the
year was S$360.55 million or 11.58 cents per unit, up from S$249.79 million or 10.88 cents per unit a year ago.

The company's shares are trading over 4% higher at S$2.48.
