The company's earnings came in at S$75.302 million, or S$3.70 per share. This compares with S$81.397 million, or S$4.04 per share, last year.
Excluding items, Far East Hospitality Trust reported adjusted earnings of S$67.374 million or S$3.31 per share for the period.
The company's revenue for the period fell 2.8% to S$96.581 million from S$99.337 million last year.
