Ivanhoe Mines Ltd (IVN.TO) on Thursday reported higher profit for the year ended December 31, 2025, primarily driven by a sharp increase in revenue.
Profit attributable to owners of the company increased to $261.56 million or $0.19 per share from $228.14 million or $0.17 per share a year earlier. In 2024, the company had recorded a loss on fair valuation of embedded derivative liability of $164.17 million.
Revenue rose to $441.62 million from $40.82 million in 2024.
Share of profit from joint venture declined to $180.60 million from $291.91 million. Finance income also decreased to $174.16 million from $241.54 million.
