Venture Corporation Limited (V03.SI), a provider of technology services, products and solutions, on Thursday reported lower profit for the second half, mainly due to a decline in revenue.
Profit before tax decreased to S$143.15 million from S$152.13 million a year ago.
Attributable profit dropped to S$113.97 million or 39.5 cents per share from S$121.37 million or 41.8 cents per share last year.
Revenue decreased to S$1.173 billion from S$1.352 billion in the prior-year period.
The company has proposed a final dividend of 50 cents per share, payable on May 19, to shareholders of record on May 6.
