Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited (J4O.F) on Friday reported a fourth-quarter loss compared with a profit last year, mainly impacted by lower revenue and a loss on disposal of owned vessels.
The company posted a loss before tax of $2.69 million versus a profit before tax of $5.19 million in the year-ago period. The company recorded a loss of $3.04 million on disposal of owned vessels.
Operating loss was $754,000 compared with operating profit of $6.77 million last year.

The Board plans to recommend a final dividend of $0.018 per share, payable on or about June 23, to shareholders of record on May 29, 2026.
