Khoon Group Limited (0924.HK), Friday announced interim results for the six months ended December 31, 2025, reporting a loss of S$21.5 million compared with earnings of S$0.16 million in the previous year.
The company turned to loss during the period mainly due to the increased cost of services arising from the increase in copper price and the recognition of impairment losses on contract assets for the current reporting period.
On a per-share basis, loss stood at S$2.15 compared with earnings of S$0.02 in the prior year.
Revenue for the period declined around 60.2 percent, to S$17.6 million from last year's S$44.2 million, primarily due to the ripple effect of the sanctions imposed on the company.
Khoon's stock closed at HKD 0.193 at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
