Irish Continental Posts Higher Full-Year Profit As Revenue Rises; Raises Dividend

Irish Continental Group plc (ICGC.L), a maritime transport group, on Thursday reported increased profit for the year ended December 31, 2025, supported by revenue growth.

Profit before taxation rose to €77.5 million from €62.2 million the previous year.

Operating profit increased to €85.6 million, compared with €69.1 million in 2024.

Profit attributable to equity holders of the parent climbed to €74.9 million or 45.8 cents per share from €59.9 million or 35.6 cents per share a year earlier.

Excluding one-time items, adjusted earnings increased to €72.9 million or 44.6 cents per share from €58.5 million or 34.8 cents per share last year.

Revenue increased to €666.7 million from €603.8 million in the previous year.

The board has proposed a final dividend of 10.95 cents per share, up 5% from last year, to be paid on June 5, to shareholders of record on May 15, 2026.
