Gamma Communications plc (GAMA.L), on Thursday announced that chief financial officer and executive director Bill Castell will step down on March 31 to take up a role at a private equity-backed company.
The company also appointed Damien Maltarp as chief financial officer and executive director.
Maltarp currently serves as group financial controller at London Stock Exchange Group plc and is expected to join Gamma and its board by September 2026.
In the interim, the company said a senior finance team member will oversee internal financial operations, reporting to CEO Andrew Belshaw, who will also handle investor and analyst relations.
On Thursday, Gamma Communications closed trading, 1.29% higher at GBp 866 on the London Stock Exchange.
